At The Car Clinic of Miami, we understand that being without your vehicle can be inconvenient. That’s why we offer complimentary loaner vehicles to help keep you moving while your car is being serviced or repaired.

Loaner vehicles are available by advance reservation to customers with a scheduled appointment. Availability is limited and subject to approval.

Driver Requirements

To qualify for a loaner vehicle, customers must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Present a valid driver’s license.
  • Provide proof of active automobile insurance.
  • Have a valid credit or debit card on file.
  • Review and sign our Loaner Vehicle Agreement before taking possession of the vehicle.
  • Only authorized drivers listed on the agreement are permitted to operate the loaner vehicle.

Vehicle Usage and Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the proper care and operation of the loaner vehicle during their possession.

This includes responsibility for tolls, parking tickets, traffic violations, penalties, tire and wheel damage, and other charges or damages incurred during the loaner period, as outlined in the Loaner Vehicle Agreement and permitted by law.

Vehicle Return Policy

Once you have been notified that your vehicle’s repairs or services are complete, you have 24 hours to return the loaner vehicle.

Loaner vehicles not returned within this period will be subject to a $60 daily usage fee, charged to the payment method on file.

Fuel and Mileage Policy

  • Fuel: Loaner vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when they were provided. A $5 per gallon refueling charge will apply to any fuel shortage.
  • Mileage: Loaner vehicles include an allowance of 125 miles per day. Additional mileage will be charged at $0.55 per mile.

Smoking, Pets, and Cleaning

To maintain a clean and comfortable experience for all our customers, smoking, vaping, and transporting pets are prohibited in our loaner vehicles.

A $199 cleaning fee will apply if a vehicle is returned with evidence of smoking, pet transportation, or conditions requiring excessive cleaning.

Insurance Coverage and Accident Responsibility

IMPORTANT: CUSTOMER INSURANCE RESPONSIBILITY

In the event of an accident involving a loaner vehicle, the authorized driver’s personal automobile insurance will be designated as the primary source of applicable coverage, to the extent permitted by Florida law and the terms of the signed Loaner Vehicle Agreement.

Customers must immediately notify The Car Clinic of Miami and their insurance provider of any accident, damage, or incident involving the loaner vehicle.

Customers may be responsible for applicable insurance deductibles, damages not covered by insurance, and other related expenses as provided in the Loaner Vehicle Agreement and permitted by law.

Additional Terms

All loaner vehicles are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and the terms of our signed Loaner Vehicle Agreement. The Car Clinic of Miami reserves the right to decline or discontinue loaner vehicle privileges in accordance with applicable law.

Our goal is simple: to make your automotive service experience as convenient and stress-free as possible while keeping you safely on the road.
